What should I check before contacting support?
SOIVA Player requires a stable internet connection. If the connection is unavailable or unstable, playback may also be interrupted. First, check that your internet connection is working properly, for example with a speed test. It’s also a good idea to verify that your audio system is functioning by playing music from another app or device as a test.
