What Data Do We Collect and Process?

We collect and process the following customer information:

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number
  • Company details: company name, business ID, billing and contract information
  • Service usage data: login information, usage statistics
  • Communication and any customer feedback

Legal Grounds for Data Collection

We process personal data for the following purposes and based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): providing the service and managing customer relationships
  • Compliance with legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)): accounting and other statutory obligations
  • Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): developing the service and customer communications

Data Retention and Protection

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above or as required by law.

Data is securely stored in the following systems:

  • Google Cloud services (EU-based servers)
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in Europe

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data.

Data Disclosures and Transfers

We do not disclose personal data to third parties without a valid legal basis.

Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA without adequate safeguards.

  • Right to data portability (transfer your data to another controller)
