SOIVA Player runs in a browser. We recommend using the latest version of the Chrome browser. The playback device should be relatively modern so that the latest updates can be installed. Since SOIVA Player is based on music streaming, the internet connection should be stable and uninterrupted.
How does SOIVA customer support work?
SOIVA offers WhatsApp-based support, which you can access via a QR code in the player or on the device, or through the Contact page. You can send questions and voice messages, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
How extensive is SOIVA’s music library?
SOIVA’s music library is broad and diverse. Its core consists of 70,000 hand-curated tracks selected for active playback. In addition to the most obvious Finnish and international hits, the library includes music from various subculture genres, as well as smaller and more local bands and artists.
How long has SOIVA been on the market?
Soiva Technology was founded in 2024, building on the legacy and backend systems of DjOnline, which had been operating in the industry for many years. SOIVA’s history and experience in background music thus go back over 20 years.
Do I need licences to play background music?
Yes. In addition to the SOIVA Player monthly fee, you need playback licences from Gramex and Teosto, which can be obtained via musiikkiluvat.fi. The licence fee is determined based on the number of customer seats.
Can SOIVA also provide royalty-free music?
