SOIVA Player runs in a browser: you don’t need any separate devices or installations. All you need is a computer, tablet or other device with the Chrome browser (latest version) and a stable internet connection (we recommend at least 5 Mbit/s). Connect the device to your audio system, open player.soiva.fi, log in, and the music plays.

Yes. Even when playing music through SOIVA Player, playing copyrighted background music in a public space requires playback licences from Gramex and Teosto. You can obtain these via the Teosto and Gramex musiikkiluvat.fi service. The licence fee is determined based on the number of customer seats.

SOIVA Player: prices starting from Lite €53/month (+VAT), which includes one customised atmosphere and 17 quickly switchable moods. SOIVA Player (€73/month) adds automation that evolves according to the time of day and day of the week. SOIVA Player Pro (€79/month) additionally gives access to Studio Manager remote control, allowing you to build your own playlists. All packages include automatically updating customised playlists and Finnish-language WhatsApp support. You can try SOIVA Player free for 7 days. Yes. We can utilise the same or different playlists across locations and manage them remotely in a centralised manner. Our user management system allows multiple people to manage different parts of the system as needed. SOIVA’s dynamic playlists are built parametrically using our metadata model: you select the desired genres, moods, tempo, language and other dimensions, and the system automatically generates a playlist that can contain over 1,500 tracks. Playlists update themselves as new tracks are added to the library. Different atmospheres can be scheduled to different times of day on a weekly calendar with hourly precision, and the combination playlist feature lets you mix up to 5 different lists by percentage (for example “80% normal atmosphere + 20% Christmas music”). Yes. With the Pro version (€79/month) you get access to SOIVA Studio Manager remote control, which lets you create both traditional and dynamic playlists, combination playlists, and manage their scheduling. You can also manage atmospheres from anywhere using a browser.

Using radio in a commercial space is cheaper, as there is no separate monthly fee for the service.
