What are the hardware requirements for SOIVA Studio?
If live broadcasting is not required, no additional hardware is needed. SOIVA Studio runs on a cloud server and is managed via a web browser. For live use, programmes are produced using the Mac version of SOIVA Studio, which can also be managed remotely if needed.
Radio and copyright fees
Gramex and Teosto offer different types of licences for operating radio stations. Larger, advertising-funded stations pay copyright fees as a percentage of revenue. For smaller online radio stations, copyright organisations provide their own affordable licensing options.
Do I need a licence to operate an FM radio station?
Operating an FM radio station requires either a short-term broadcasting licence or a longer-term radio licence issued by Traficom.
